To Insert a Table

Select the 'Table' menu then 'Insert' then 'Table' to insert a table.



Set the number of colums and rows you want in the table.



Click OK to create the table.

To get rid of the table borders

Select (highlight) the table.

Select the 'Format' menu, then 'Borders and Shading' then select 'None' from the Borders and Shading Toolbox.
